Being a full time working mom, mornings have always been rough for us. Making sure everything is packed and that we don’t forget anything is a must, especially since my husband and I both are busy once we get to work. How about those show and tell days that your kiddo needs to bring something in, and you forget… so they don’t have anything to share. That is the worst!

Luckily Kellogg’s Eggo Blueberry Waffles have been a life saver in making our mornings easier! The kiddos have had a blast enjoying mornings delicious with the homemade nature of Eggo by delivering a new and improved Eggo Waffle to our home! Even on the days that we are really rushing Eggo Waffles are convenient because they can easily be taken on the go so the kids aren’t heading off to school hungry! A huge plus is that Eggo Waffles are now made with no artificial flavors and colors from natural sources.

Make sure to sign up if you haven’t already for Ibotta and earn money back on the purchase of Eggo variety (while supplies last)!

On the days that we have a little more time I like to fancy our breakfast up. I let Madison pick her toppings but this has been our favorite!

Items Needed –

Kellogg’s Eggo Blueberry Waffles
Whipped Cream
Fresh Blueberries
Fresh Strawberries

Heat up your Eggo waffles in the toaster oven.

Add your blueberries and strawberries.

Add a dash of whipped cream

Enjoy!

This is super simple, but so good! Madison has been a huge help and prepares most of it herself, after I cook the Eggo Waffle for her!

I was able to order this and all of the other ingredients online at Walmart and pick them up from Walmart’s Online Grocery Pickup service. This is amazing as a mom with two kids, especially after working all day. The last thing I want to do is head into a grocery store after work with two hungry, tired kiddos!

Right now you can buy 1 Eggo product and get a FREE Scholastic book for your child, child’s friend or your school! How awesome is that? Madison loves reading books so this is a huge perk for us. All you have to do is make your purchase and upload your receipt by visiting Kellogg’s Family Rewards to receive your FREE Scholastic book. So easy!

Xo,

Ashley
