Floral Baby Shower

February 4, 2019

In the days of Pinterest, there is so many amazing ideas out there to host the perfect baby shower. My sister-in-law is currently pregnant with her first baby, and it’s a girl! With the help of her best friend, we threw her the perfect floral baby shower that was simple, yet perfect! Check out these awesome shops & the décor for your party planning needs!

As soon as you walked into the hall you were greeted with a chalkboard welcome sign. This sign was gorgeous and added the perfect touch to the shower. The Blank Paige specializes in chalkboard signs, all things for your wedding needs and custom calligraphy. Head to their website to check them out, here!

We put together a table for the guestbook & envelopes to be filled up so it was easy for the mom to be to send out her thank you cards. I found the most adorable guestbook on Target’s website via the Ginger Ray collection. I love these type of guest books that can be used in your house and doesn’t just sit to collect dust.

The tables were topped with a white table cloth and the table runner was the most gorgeous wrapping paper that was cut. Each table had flowers placed in the middle for a centerpiece and building blocks with markers. The building blocks were for the guests to draw on, to make the perfect gifts for the little one.

Each table also had a baby scramble game and a baby predictions cards to be filled out. You could place any game on the table for your guests, and the baby prediction cards can easily be sent home with mom to go through on her own.

I found on Pinterest the perfect Mom-Osa bar, and knew we needed it at this shower. On the Crisp Collective’s website you are able to get all the pintable’s to make your own mom-osa bar. This was super helpful in the party planning process.

For the dessert table we featured a Donut wall, double chocolate cake and floral baby shower cookies from Trendy Treatz & Craftz. These were so good and made just the way that I wanted them. They were personalized for the shower and our theme! Head to their website now to order your cookies!

When I was searching for ideas for different party favors for the baby shower I knew that I wanted something different and fun. I found the shop Pop It When She Pops and loved their tags. I put them over mini wines, and they became the perfect baby shower favor! They were shipped to me already with the rope attatched to them so I didn’t have to worry about assembly! Head to Pop It When She Pops now!

Building Blocks to be placed near the gift table, or in the entry way gives the perfect added décor. Kimmy made these and I was totally obsessed with the floral paper that she used for the wording.

If you’re looking for a baby shower gift or centerpieces, a diaper cake is the way to go. I told Amie from Witt’s End Design that I wanted something girly and floral and she made the most beautiful diaper cake. Diaper cakes aren’t the only thing she makes though in her Etsy stop. Her shop is filled with homemade burp cloths, bandana bibs, headbands, teethers and so much more! Head to Witt’s End Design to check them out.

Ashley
